1. RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products sold by Powderpeps are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, not therapeutic goods, and are not evaluated or approved by the TGA. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over, are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and will not use any product for human consumption, administration, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. TERMS OF SALE
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Orders are accepted when payment clears and we issue a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the products will not be used for research, and will refund any payment taken. Bundle pricing is applied per product line as displayed at checkout.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Certificates of analysis are published per batch. Product content, purity, and specifications are stated for research characterisation only and are not label claims for any therapeutic purpose. Nothing on this site is medical, dosing, or health advice.
4. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to resupply of the products or refund of the amount paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You indemnify us against loss arising from use of products contrary to these terms.
5. GENERAL
