SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. DISPATCH
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from Sydney. Orders after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order leaves our facility.
2. CARRIER & DELIVERY TIMES
All orders ship with Australia Post. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days depending on your state; Express is 1–3 business days. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $300 AUD and free express over $399 AUD; otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout.
3. TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch and updates directly through Australia Post. If tracking has not moved for 3 business days, contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
4. PACKAGING
Orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product description on the outside. Vials are packed in protective inserts to arrive intact.
5. ADDRESSES & ISSUES
Please check your delivery address at checkout — we cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at cost. For lost or damaged deliveries, email hello@powderpeps.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
