1. WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect the information needed to process your order: name, delivery address, email, phone number, and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers. We also collect basic analytics about site usage (pages visited, device type) to improve the store.
2. HOW WE USE IT
Your information is used to fulfil orders, send order and shipping notifications, respond to support enquiries, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. With your consent, we may send occasional stock and product updates — every message includes an unsubscribe link.
3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers (Australia Post), and our website hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.
4. STORAGE & SECURITY
Data is stored on secured systems with access limited to staff who need it. Checkout is encrypted end to end. We retain order records for the period required by Australian tax law, then delete or de-identify them.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
