REFUNDS & RETURNS

1. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
2. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, does not match its certificate of analysis, or is not what you ordered, email hello@powderpeps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
3. CHANGE OF MIND
Because our products are temperature- and handling-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened items. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is at your cost.
4. HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. We will confirm by email when the refund is processed; allow additional time for your bank to post it.
5. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the delivery and returns terms above apply.
