What is TB-500?

TB-500 is a research-use-only synthetic peptide corresponding to the actin-binding motif of thymosin β4 (commonly Ac-LKKTETQ). In cell-free and cell-culture systems it is studied for G-actin sequestration, cytoskeletal remodeling, and related endothelial migration/angiogenesis assay readouts. Not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
